This cookie bark is made from pretzels, peanuts, almonds,M&M's, toffee chips, chocolate and Oreos. This time I used Berry Oreos (with a pink filling) and Valentine themed M&M's.
Of course, you could use regular Oreos too.
Below is the recipe and you can find the tutorial here.
Ingredients
- 12 Oreos, roughly chopped
- 1 c. mini pretzels
- 1/2 c. M&M's
- 1/4 c. almonds, chopped
- 1/4 c. peanuts, chopped
- 12 oz. Milk or Dark Chocolate melting wafers or bark (I use Ghirardelli)
- 1/2 c. toffee chips
- Pinches of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Using a sheet pan, lay out in a single layer Oreo Cookies, pretzels, M&M's, almonds and peanuts (reserving a tablespoon of each of the nuts).
- Melt the chocolate according to package directions.
- Stir toffee chips into melted chocolate.
- Pour chocolate mixture over the cookie/pretzel mixture.
- Sprinkle reserved nuts and salt, if using.
- Place pan in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Break into bite-sized piece.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Enjoy and Happy Valentine's Day!
