I also baked up another one of his faves...Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffinshttp://tastykitchen.com/recipes/desserts/easy-pumpkin-muffins-2/. These muffins are so moist and delicious! They go like hot cakes around here.
I make them into mini muffins with mini chocolate chips for the kids. They go bonkers over them! You should seriously try them.
